Founder Printella Bankhead spent years working within the industry and saw the same frustrations repeated again and again. Businesses struggled with inconsistent coverage, poor communication, and officers who lacked the professionalism their environments required.
At the same time, she was balancing the demands of work, family, and raising two children. Through those experiences, she developed a deep understanding of responsibility, commitment, and what it means to show up when people are counting on you.

After encouraging her to pursue her vision, her pastor promised he would become her first client if she started her own company.
